The National Gaming Control Board of Papua New Guinea has granted their first lotto license to PNG Lotto, in order to operate a new mobile phone gambling service (lotto only we believe). This comes after the fall of the countries previous lotto provider, ‘Gold Lotto.’

The difference between Gold Lotto and PNG Lotto, is that the latter has offered full financial transparency and accountability. This was not offered by Gold Lotto which was subsiquentluy taken down.
